1. Who we are

SKYFALL (fighterjets.org) is run by Franek Skrzynski, Fullerton, CA, USA. For any privacy question, email skrzynskifranek5@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

You can play without an account. We only collect what the game needs:

  • Account information (only if you create an account): your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form — we never see or store them in plain text.
  • Pilot name and account ID: your in-game callsign and an internal user ID that links you to your save.
  • Gameplay data: your level, XP, credits, keys, unlocked items, loadout and match stats. Guests keep this only in their own browser; signed-in pilots also have it saved to our database.
  • Online match data: when you search for or play an online match we store a random pilot ID, your callsign, the mode and the time the match started.
  • Feedback messages: anything you type into the feedback box, plus your pilot name and account ID if signed in.
  • Visitor counter (only with analytics consent): a random ID generated per browser tab, used to count how many people are online. It is not linked to your account.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers receive your IP address and browser information when you load the site, and may keep it in short-lived security logs.
  • Advertising data (only where advertising is allowed): our ad provider may receive your IP address, device and browser information and may use its own cookies. We do not control what it collects.

We do not ask for your real name, address, phone number, date of birth or ID.

3. Why we use it

  • Authentication — to sign you in and keep your save tied to your account.
  • Providing the game — saving progress, multiplayer matchmaking and showing callsigns to opponents.
  • Security and fraud prevention — server-side checks on saves and protecting against abuse.
  • Improving the game — reading feedback and counting how many people are online.
  • Advertising — showing ads that fund the free game.
  • Support — answering your messages.
  • Emails — only account/service emails such as confirming your email address or resetting your password. We do not send marketing emails. Site operators receive internal alerts (e.g. a new account was created, or a match started) that may include your email or callsign.

4. Third-party services

These are the services SKYFALL actually uses. Each has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to run the site, or where required by law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

See our Cookie information page for details, and use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account and cloud save: until you delete your account.
  • Matchmaking queue entries: removed when a match is found or you cancel.
  • Online match records and feedback: kept until the site owner deletes them, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Visitor counter IDs: only the latest heartbeat is kept; the ID disappears when you close the tab.
  • Guest progress: stays in your browser until you clear site data.

7. Deleting your account and data

Signed-in pilots can delete their account and cloud save instantly from Account settings. For anything else — for example feedback you sent or match records — email skrzynskifranek5@gmail.com and we will handle it within 7 days.

8. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Database access is restricted so each pilot can only read their own save, and saves are validated on the server. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password. Report security issues to skrzynskifranek5@gmail.com.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email skrzynskifranek5@gmail.com. We may need to confirm you own the account before acting on it.

10. Age and children

SKYFALL is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at young children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes, and highlight major changes on the site.
