Terms of Service

By playing SKYFALL or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. SKYFALL is operated by Franek Skrzynski.

You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use SKYFALL.

Accounts are optional. You need a valid email address and a password. Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at skrzynskifranek5@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, hack, attack or try to disrupt our servers, run bots or automated play, harass, impersonate or abuse other players, spam, or try to access other people's accounts. The full list is in our Game rules.

If you find a bug or security issue, please report it to skrzynskifranek5@gmail.com instead of using it.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the game rules, reset progress gained by cheating, or block access to protect other players. Where reasonable we will explain why.

Credits, keys, crates, aircraft and cosmetics are part of the game. They have no real-money value, can't be exchanged for money and aren't your property. Crate contents are random. We may rebalance, change or remove virtual items as the game evolves.

The game, its code, art, models, sounds and branding belong to Franek Skrzynski or its licensors. You may play the game for personal use; don't copy, resell or redistribute it. Aircraft names refer to real-world aircraft types for identification only and don't imply endorsement by any manufacturer.

Pilot names and feedback you submit must not be offensive or infringe anyone's rights. We may rename or remove anything that breaks this rule. By sending feedback you allow us to use it to improve the game.

SKYFALL shows ads from third parties. Ads are labelled as advertisements, are not our own content and we don't endorse what they offer. Third-party sites and services have their own terms.

SKYFALL is free and provided as-is. We may update, change, pause or discontinue features at any time, and online play may be unavailable sometimes.

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, Franek Skrzynski is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items or progress. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We'll change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell players on the site. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
